    • Bloodwork analysis & targeted recommendations

    • Ongoing support and adjustments based on labs, training, races/events, and goals.

    • Includes 6 Nutrition Sessions over a 8-12 week period:

      • Session 1: Kickoff & Assessment

      • Session 2: Daily Performance Meals

      • Session 3: Intra-Workout Fueling

      • Session 4: Sweat Lab

      • Session 5: Pre-Training Nutrition Strategy

      • Session 6: Recovery Nutrition Strategy

    Sessions are available virtually or in person at PT Revolution locations in South Lake Tahoe and Truckee.

Sweat Lab™ is a performance hydration analysis designed to give athletes and operators a measurable edge.

We don’t guess. We test. We measure what your body actually loses in sweat — and how much fluid you need in the exact conditions you train in.

    • Sweat Sodium Testing: A lab-grade test that reveals exactly how much sodium your body loses in sweat.

    • Sweat Rate Testing: Measures how much fluid you lose per hour during training. Repeat in different environments (altitude, heat, humidity) for full accuracy.

    • Performance Hydration Report: Clear, personalized targets for fluid and electrolyte intake — based on your body, training load, and environment.

    • Supplement Strategy: Know what to take, when to take it, and how to adapt it to your training.

  • In-Person Testing

    Held where you train — on the trail, in the gym, or at your facility. Real-world conditions = real-world results.

    Session Breakdown

    • ~15 minutes of setup

    • 60 minute training session

    • Post-session debrief

    • Total: ~2 hours (or split into 2 sessions)
