As sports dietitians and lifelong athletes, we’ve worked with Olympians, professional teams, and tactical units. But the real breakthrough came when we applied that same level of strategy to our own lives—and saw what was missing.
We’re here to bring elite-level performance nutrition to real people with real demands: athletes, professionals, parents, and high-performers rebuilding after injury.

Kiley Field, MS, RD, CSSD
A former collegiate gymnast turned mountain athlete, Kiley leads Fuel Lab’s work in tactical performance and injury recovery, blending elite sports science with real-world training demands in South Lake Tahoe.
Mickinzie Anderson, MS, RD, CSSD, SNS
An Ironman and former D1 rower, Mickinzie combines her love of endurance sport and physiology to drive Fuel Lab’s performance programs and content strategy from our Truckee location.

Our programs are designed for anyone who trains with intention. Whether you’re chasing podiums, mountains, or longevity, our programs are built for anyone who takes their health and performance seriously—weekend warriors, tactical pros, or athletes coming back from injury.

If you’re not sure where to start, schedule a discovery call. We’ll help you figure out which program (or combination) best supports your goals, training season, or recovery timeline.

Each session, or “Lab,” follows a similar format:
We introduce a key nutrition topic, dig into the science so you understand how and why it works, then move into implementation — turning strategies into real habits.You’ll leave each Lab with a clear Game Plan tailored to your life, training, and goals.
Sessions are 30–60 minutes and fully personalized.

Both. We work with athletes nationwide through virtual coaching, and offer in-person sessions at our PT Revolution partner locations in South Lake Tahoe and Truckee.

Sweat Lab™ is part of our Performance Program, but it can also be booked as a standalone service if hydration is your current focus.

Yes! We accept HSA/FSA cards and are in-network with select insurance providers, including Aetna, Anthem, and UnitedHealthcare (select plans).
We’ll verify your benefits before you begin so you know exactly what’s covered. Insurance can often help cover the billable services included in our programs — significantly reducing your out-of-pocket cost.
