Join Fuel Lab’s expert sports dietitians for this hands-on, mountain bike-specific clinic where you’ll:

Learn how fueling impacts power, endurance, and focus—and how to avoid common mistakes that lead to early fatigue.

Calculate your personal fueling needs so you know exactly what to eat and drink to stay energized on the trail.

Plan & Pack for Sunday’s ride with an interactive activity to fine-tune your nutrition strategy and ensure you’re fully prepared.
This session is for riders of all levels, whether you’re new to fueling or looking to optimize your strategy.
Come prepared! If possible, track what you ate and drank on Saturday’s ride—this will help us personalize your strategy, but it’s not required.
